Our Menu Development Center includes a state-of-the-art test
kitchen complete with typical food service kitchen appliances.
Our home economist frequently conducts training seminars to our
sales reps as well as to distributor and operator groups.
A critical component of training is teaching sales reps how to
merchandise and cross merchandise the lines we represent,
always taking advantage of synergies where they exist (e.g. soy
sauce and fish, pasta and sauces, juice/yogurt/muffin etc.)
Adjacent to the test kitchen is a dining area able to accommodate
75 people for menu presentations and meetings.
