Facility/Menu Development

Our Menu Development Center includes a state-of-the-art commercial test kitchen as well as a
dining area able to accommodate 75 people for menu presentations and meetings. Our company chef frequently conducts training seminars for our
sales team as well as food distributors and large operator groups. A critical component of our training is teaching the proper techniques of how to sell and cross merchandise the product lines we represent.
